MEET REVFIT'S NEW NUTRITIONIST
Revolution Fitness is now offering nutrition coaching with a Registered Dietician. With experience in clinical nutrition, exercise science, and counseling, Sarah Stockwell, MS, RD can create personalized nutrition programs for your individual health and fitness goals.
A well-balanced diet is essential to maintaining health and wellness. To ensure success, Team RevFit recommends meeting with the dietitian for a minimum of three visits. An initial assessment is completed in 1 hour, and each follow-up typically lasts 30 minutes.

GROUP EXERCIZE NEWS
New Classes Begin February 4
Try Muay Thai Kickboxing with Ben Booth, Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Ben has studied martial arts all over the world, and now members of the Revolution can learn from his expert training. Put on a pair of RevFit’s boxing gloves, or bring your own! And, if you want even more training, Ben will be available for individual or small-group training.
Add another spin class to your workout routine! Ace spin instructor Jesse Tarantino with teach Spin on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., and Sage-Willow Server will take over the Friday morning intermediate class, which will now be a 90-minute Spin & Sculpt class. Plus, Autumn’s fun and challenging Wednesday evening Spin is moving to 6:30 p.m. Get your spin workout with three morning and three evening training options!
For early birds, don’t miss 6 a.m. Body Sculpt with Sarah on Tuesdays. Start your day right with a workout at the Revolution.
And if you’re part of the lunch-hour crowd, you can train with Eli Akerstein in his new Tuesday AKRO class. Learn how to tone using Akrowheels and other equipment for a great 45-minute mid-day workout!
Get your weekend workout in fast with Friday night classes. Debuting in February: Mega Mix at 5:45 p.m. on Fridays. Try this workout for a mix of 80’s style aerobics and super sculpting all jam-packed for Friday night work and play! Yoga fans, check out Dynamic Fusion with Heidi.

BELLY DANCING
6-week Session with Soha begins February 13
Learn to Belly Dance, and practice some dance choreography with Soha Ahmed. The 6-week session will progress through basic belly dancing elements and technique and lead up to a choreographed sequence.
