Testimonial:
"
Eli is a great trainer. He understands that each client has a different body with a unique physique, bone structure, musculature, and metabolism. He consistently finetunes attention to clients’ strengths, weaknesses, and training curves. Training sessions are prepared individually and are elaborate and minutely planned, with substantial reasoning behind every exercises. Sessions are developed with an eye on fitting into a larger program according to the client’s long-term goals. One-on-one training is intensive and challenging. He pays considerable attention to warm-up and stretching circles and teaches clients how to perform these important exercises themselves. He also develops individualized home-training circuits for clients’ traveling periods. Very friendly and personable, but don’t be too hopeful to be able to make much conversation during sessions. Given the pace and the level of exercises, chatting becomes a rare reward."
